Who are "Premise Inspections" and what do we do?

Premise Inspections are licenced residential building inspectors and project managers, we have over 20 years experience working in the Building and Construction industry throughout Australia.

Premise Inspections have proven technical skills and expertise in design and construction, we have been involved in the planning, development and delivery of a wide range of facilities across a variety of sectors such as commercial, retail, educational, specialist training,  health, defence, residential, and general refurbishment and construction projects.

Premise Inspections offer a full advisory service for your next construction project we have extensive project management knowledge and are experienced in all stages of projects from inception to commissioning, with proven ability to evaluate, initiate, schedule, and monitor the delivery of refurbishment and construction projects.

Premise Inspections are licenced by the Queensland Building Construction Commission (QBCC) to Inspect, investigate, and provide advice or a report on all classes of buildings, at any stage of construction.
